La velocidad de ralent\u00ed se refiere a la velocidad del motor cuando la flota est\u00e1 parada. Aqu\u00ed veremos las RPM y su importancia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-rpm\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las RPM?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RPM significa Revoluciones por Minuto. Mide la velocidad de rotaci\u00f3n de una turbina u otra m\u00e1quina rotativa. Al pisar el acelerador, se observa un cambio en el tac\u00f3metro. Las RPM no solo se utilizan en autom\u00f3viles, sino tambi\u00e9n en maquinaria pesada como excavadoras, cargadoras frontales y gr\u00faas que funcionan con reductora.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomemos como ejemplo una gr\u00faa. Cuando la polea eleva el objeto, el movimiento del pist\u00f3n en el cilindro hidr\u00e1ulico se mide en revoluciones por minuto (rpm).
